It concludes with suggestions for psychiatric practitioners, regarding treatment of multinational or multilingual people, that they perform host-country prosody recognition tests (using the dominant regional language) before diagnosing patients with Adjustment Disorder, let alone Major Depression or Anxiety Disorder.
